How long it takes

Orders are delivered nationwide within 3 to 5 working days. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day; after that, the next working day.

What it costs

Delivery is Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan, and free on orders over Rs 5,000.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Please have the exact amount ready — couriers do not always carry change.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived within the window above, message us and we will chase the courier ourselves.

Address

Please give a complete address with a nearby landmark and a phone number that is answered. A courier who cannot reach you returns the parcel, and that adds a week.
