Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, nationwide, for orders up to Rs 15,000 — you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Above Rs 15,000 we ask for a 20% advance first and the rest is paid at your door. See Payment Methods.

How do I pay the advance?

Once your order is placed, the account details come to you with the order confirmation. We never put them on a public page.

How long does delivery take?

3 to 5 working days across Pakistan. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day.

Can I exchange something?

Yes — within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with its tags on. See Returns & Exchange.

What size should I take?

Our sizes follow standard Pakistani ready-to-wear. Where a garment lists its own measurements on its page, trust those over the chart. See the Size Guide.

Is the colour on screen the real colour?

Close, but screens differ. Chiffon and organza in particular photograph lighter than they are. If a shade matters to you, message us on WhatsApp and we will send a photograph taken in daylight.

Do you stitch to measurement?

On some pieces, yes. Ask us on WhatsApp before ordering — a piece stitched to your measurements cannot be returned.
