StitchNArt is billing and accounting software for small businesses.
StitchNArt lets a business raise invoices and quotes, record the receipts and payments against them, track purchase bills and expenses, and see exactly what every customer owes — with a full ledger and account statement behind each one. It runs in a web browser at app.stitchnart.pk and as an Android app.
What the application does
- Sales — invoices, quotes and delivery notes, printed or shared as PDF
- Money in and out — receipts, payments, and credit and debit notes that each name the document they correct
- Purchases — supplier bills and expenses, with the supplier's own reference numbers
- Ledgers — a running account per customer and supplier, account statements, and receivables aging
- Reports — profit & loss, cash flow and tax summary, computed from the user's own records
- Backups — daily on our servers, and optionally a copy into the user's own Google Drive
How StitchNArt uses Google services
Signing in with Google is offered as an alternative to an emailed code. It requests only the user's email address and basic profile — nothing else.
Google Drive backup is optional and off until the user turns it on. When they do,
StitchNArt writes an encrypted archive of that user's own business records into a folder it
creates in their own Google Drive, so their data survives even if our servers do not.
We request the drive.file scope, which grants access only to files this
application itself creates — StitchNArt cannot read, list or modify anything else in the
user's Google account. It can be disconnected at any time from Settings, or revoked by the user at
myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Open app.stitchnart.pk and create a company. New companies get a 30-day trial; no card is needed to begin.
